A loan of $2,125 helped to purchase dairy cows.

Taalaibubu's story

Taalaibubu is 55 years old. She has raised five children. Her oldest son is now 26 years old. Taalaibubu has been involved in animal husbandry since 1989 and started in this business with an initial capital of 500 som (KGS). Her farming business now includes two dairy cows, a calf, ten sheep and two horses. She makes about 11,000 som (KGS) per month from the sale of milk, dairy products and the resale of livestock.

In order to further develop her farming business, Taalaibubu has turned to Bai Tushum & Partners for a loan of 100,000 som (KGS). She will use this loan to purchase additional cows, in order to increase her income from the sale of milk. She plans to use part of her earnings from this loan to buy construction materials (to rebuild her barn) while the rest will be used in the future, to expand her business.
