Rhita is a thirty-five year old woman with four children living in Kasese, Uganda. She is a teacher who was inspired to serve by the conduct of her former teachers, whom she used to admire a lot. Like most government workers she faces a challenge of low salary that can hardly meet the demands of her family. Her dream is to venture into farming after assessing the high demand for agricultural products. Rhita intends to use the loan to buy land for farming.
