A loan of $1,200 helped to buy pharmaceutical products.

Yao's story

Yao, aged 32, is a young male nurse. He is married to a reseller and they have a 10-month-old child together. In order to help the people from his neighborhood and the city of Lomé, he has created a mini practice in which he sees patients. In addition to treating his patients, he also sells pharmaceutical products.

Yao is taking his first loan with WAGES in order to purchase and renovate his practice. In the future, he would like to increase the size of his practice, own a warehouse to store his pharmaceutical products, and build a house for his family. He has eight years of experience in his field of work.
