A loan of $1,600 helped a member to buy wooden products like spoons and plates to supply to South Africa.

Sacreet Heart Group's story

Greetings from Zimbabwe! This is 44 year old Eunice from Mutare. She is widowed with three children, one attending school. She also cares for one dependent. Eunice runs a retail business selling wooden spoons and plates to sell in South Africa. The business has been in operation for three years. She says the main challenges faced are the long time it takes to renew her license for selling wooden products. Eunice has requested a loan of $900 to purchase wooden products for resale. She says the extra income generated as a result of this loan will allow her to improve her general family welfare. In the future, Eunice plans to employ other people.
