Ali's story

Ali is a 23-year-old single man who lives in Sana`a, Yemen. For the past two years, he has been operating a book shop. Ali started his business with limited capital and now has some regular customers and is quite preferred in the area because he always strives to keep a variety of products in his store so that his customers will always find what they are looking for. Lately, he’s noticed that competition has become quite fierce. As this business is his main source of income, he always wants to stay one step ahead of his competition.

Ali is requesting a 300,000 YER youth loan from AMB to buy stationary products such as pens, books, notebooks, dolls, and other items to help keep his clientele and attract new customers. In the future, he hopes to attain better living conditions and be able to maintain his business for a long time.
