Sr. Lucio lives in the neighbourhood of La Colorada in a friend’s house. He is her caregiver and does not pay rent. He doesn’t have a wife or children to support.

Lucio managed to obtain a vehicle after working hard and saving his money. It now requires servicing and repairs so he is seeking a loan to pay for this. He will then be able to use the vehicle for transport and business, and thus save time. He has earned his living doing bodywork and painting vehicles for ten years, working from the house where he lives.

Lucio’s great hope for the future is to save enough money to buy some land and build a house of his own.
