El comité Nuevo Amanecer se encuentra ubicado en la Compañía Calle Poi de la ciudad de Paraguarí, este grupo está conformado por 17 mujeres que realizan distintas actividades para poder tener los medios para ayudar a sus familias, pero también hacen actividades juntas para pode tener un ahorro que les ayude en caso de necesidad.
Obdulia es parte de este grupo, ella se define a si misma como una persona con muchas ganas de salir adelante y trabajar, comenta que su meta es seguir creciendo en lo que hace para seguir ayudando a su familia. Ella se dedica a la confección, ya que es modista y dice que siempre tiene mucho trabajo, y que eso la ayuda a seguir y tener los medios para ayuda a su familia.
