Kuña Guapa Group's story

The group called Kuña Guapa is in its first loan cycle with the Programa de Comité de Mujeres. The group is from the city of Caaguazú and consists of 12 women who are learning to work together and who joined-up with the goal of helping one another. Maria is one of the members and is also president of the group. She has a little business which is a general store. She hopes that, as time passes, and with the help of all the other people in the areas, she will be able to improve. She is a very enterprising person and wants to overcome her challenges. She is requesting this loan to buy stationary items as classes will be starting again soon. With these, she hopes to keep growing her business and to be able to give her family what they need for a life without deprivation.
