Elizabeth is a married woman and a mother of seven children from San Miguel, Bohol. She is engaged in making and selling ice buko. Ice buko is local snack food and is made from milk, shredded coconut, fruit and other flavorings. It is a favorite refreshing food of the locals especially of the young children because of its sweet and delectable taste.
Elizabeth wants to expand her business however she lacks the financial resources to do so. She is requesting a loan to buy ingredients used in making ice buko such as milk, sugar, vanilla extract and shredded coconut. With this, she will be able to make and sell more ice buko.
