Emmanuel 2 (2) Group's story

Ferdinand, age 48, is married with 3 children ages 14 to 25 years old. His youngest is currently attending school. He is representing the Emmanuel 2 (2) group. Ferdinand sells clothes in the market and has been doing this for 10 years. He will use the loan to buy more clothes from his supplier. His business strategy is to work hard. He believes good work ethic brings good results. This is Ferdinand's first loan from Kiva's partner, HOPE Congo. HOPE and his group are confident he will repay the loan. One day, he wants to own a shop on Avenue de la Paix, a main road in one of Brazzaville's major shopping districts. He hopes his children will be successful and happy in life.
