A loan of $2,400 helped to buy a motor generator and two new freezers.

Haydar's story

Haydar is a 21-year-old Iraqi who is single and lives with his parents.
Haydar owns a grocery store that sells soft drinks, juices, cheese, dairy products, detergents and snacks.
Since childhood, he has helped his father in the same grocery store. He took over this family business in 2008. He has developed good experience in this field and is well-known in the surrounding area with an excellent reputation.
Haydar is requesting a youth loan of $2,400 to buy a motor generator and two new freezers. He is aiming to grow his business and increase his profits so that he may buy a bigger shop one day. He hopes to eventually work both as a retailer and a wholesaler.
