A loan of $700 helped to purchase timber and iron sheets to expand her poultry house.

Fenny's story

Fenny is a 49-year-old poultry farmer and nursery school teacher in Bamburi, Mombasa. She is married and her husband provides additional income. Together, they support two people. Fenny has been in the poultry business for the last seven years and she is doing great.

This marks her sixth loan from Kenya Agency for Development of Enterprise and Technology (KADET). The previous loans were successfully paid.

Fenny will purchase timber and iron sheets to expand her poultry house. She hopes to own a large poultry farm in the future.
