Сафарова Хурби жительница города Вахдат. Живет со своей семьей. Ей 49 лет она замужем и имеет 5 детей.Занимается животноводством. Хочет купить дойную корову для того , чтобы обеспечить свою семью молоком. Кроме того лишнее молоко она сможет продавать соседям , что даст для ее семьи дополнительные доходы , а так же поможет соседям , которые смогут покупать молоко по более низким ценам. Для этого она хочет получить кредит и погасить его в течении 12 месяцев.
