Phoebe is 53 years old and married with seven children.
Phoebe works hard to provide for her family. She runs a business buying and selling charcoal in the Philippines and requested a PHP 19500 loan through NWTF to purchase additional sacks of charcoal to sell.
Phoebe has borrowed and repaid 13 loans from NWTF before this loan. She has been running the charcoal business for 20 years and also earns an income from selling coconut wine.
Phoebe aspires to save enough money so she can afford to send her children to college.
