A loan of $775 helped buy wood, nails, and electric cords.

Santiago's story

Santiago is 38 years old, single, and without children. He lives in his own house with his cousin.

Santiago works renting internet services. His business is set up in his house and every day he opens his doors to receive students and the public in general. Currently he has 6 computers for use by his customers, who pay a determined sum to use the service.

He works alone, but sometimes his cousin helps him. He has been with this business for 5 years and it is going well for him. What he likes about his work is that it has allowed him to have sustainable income, with which he can pay the household bills and improve his financial situation.

What he doesn't like about his work is that often the internet connection slows or fails, which is detrimental to the fast access of webpages. Nevertheless, he isn't daunted by anything and pushes forward. Now he hopes to improve the infrastructure of his business.

At this time, he is asking for 2,000 soles ($775) to buy wood, nails, concrete dye, and electric cords with the aim of improving the internet connection of his establishment. In turn, he is thankful for the financial help that MFP is offering so that he can keep fulfilling his goals.
