Milton Orlando
Milton, 30, is married and has three children; he lives in the municipality of San José Comayagua with his wife and three children. He’s spent his entire life working in agriculture. He used to grow corn and beans but for the last 12 years has had his own coffee crops. He produces coffee in parchment and sells it to local middlemen. He’s kept his farm going thanks to various loans. The one he’s asking for now is his 7th and it’s for 5,500 Lempiras he’ll use to buy manure and to pay to clear his land to improve and obtain better crop yields. His plan is to provide good care and continue growing crops on his farm to provide income for his family.
