A loan of $4,250 helped to replace the inventory that was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy.

Jesse's story

This loan will help Jesse recover his lost inventory destroyed in Hurricane Sandy.

Jesse, originally from Latvia, is the owner of Shoe Traffic, a shoe and designer clothing retail store. Shoe Traffic has been a landmark for the past 37 years in Sheepshead Bay, an area between Brooklyn and Coney Island that severely suffered from Hurricane Sandy.

Sheepshead Bay received relief for repairing homes, power lines and infrastructure, but there is little help available for business owners like Jesse who need to regain their lost inventory.

This loan will help Jesse to buy his lost merchandise so he can continue to serve his clients.
