A loan of $375 helped to buy additional food to sell.

Lorena's story

Lorena is a hard-working entrepreneur who has a food-vending business in the Philippines.

She is borrowing PHP 15,000 through Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation, Inc. (NWTF) to buy additional food to sell in her food-vending business.

Lorena has been in this business for eight years. Lorena earns additional income from making pillows and from a general store.

Lorena successfully paid back her previous loan and is now requesting a new loan to further build her food-vending, pillow-making, and general store.

Lorena has been sustaining her business activities through her own efforts, with the help of the loans from NWTF. She dreams to save enough money, so she can afford to send her children to college in the future.
