Maria Esther
Maria is a 53-year-old woman. She lives in the city of Chincha with her two children, whom she loves and are her main reason for living. She is a very kind, hard-working, and enthusiastic woman who dedicates all of her efforts to keeping her family going since she is mother and father to her children. Unfortunately, due to a lack of economic resources and the necessity to work to pay her expenses, Maria was not able to study for a professional degree. However, it would have very much pleased her to be a great cosmetologist. In her free moments she likes to distract herself by watching movies, and sometimes she cooks a very tasty spicy beef to share with her family.

Through her own initiative, Maria works with much determination and dedication in her small business selling food. She works every day from the early hours of the morning and she can do so for approximately 8 hours. She prepares delicious dishes typical of her city, and she believes that her business is doing well because of her good seasoning and the friendly treatment she provides to her customers.

María is very thankful to the Kiva lenders since, thanks to the help provided, she will be able to purchase supplies like rice by the sacksful, beans, pots, disposable plates, and others. Thus, María will have her business set up better, so then she will continue working and striving to achiever her greatest dream of having a great restaurant and so wishes to be able to get ahead with her family.

María es una mujer de 53 años, vive en la ciudad de Chincha con sus 2 hijos, a quienes ama y son su principal razón en la vida, ella es una persona muy amable, trabajadora y entusiasta, que dedica todos sus esfuerzos por sacar adelante a su familia, ya que ella es madre y padre para sus hijos; lamentablemente por falta de recursos económicos y por la necesidad de trabajar para solventar sus gastos, María no pudo estudiar una carrera profesional, pero le hubiera gustado mucho ser una gran Cosmetóloga, en sus ratos libres le gusta distraerse viendo películas y en algunas ocasiones cocina un riquísimo Picante de Res para compartir con su familia.
Por iniciativa propia, con mucho empeño y dedicación, María trabaja en su pequeño negocio de venta de comida, ella trabaja todos los días desde tempranas horas de la mañana y puede hacerlo por un aproximado de 8 horas, ella prepara deliciosos platos típicos de su ciudad y cree que le va bien por su buena sazón y por el trato amable que brinda a sus clientes.
María se encuentra muy agradecida con los prestamistas Kiva, ya que gracias a la ayuda brindada podrá realizar la compra de insumos, como arroz por saco, menestras, ollas, platos descartables y otros, de esta manera María tendrá su negocio mejor acondicionado, así pues ella seguirá trabajando y esforzándose para lograr su gran sueño de tener un gran restaurante y así desea poder salir adelante al lado de su familia.
