Rose Eden's story

This is Rose Eden. She previously accessed a PHP 18,000 loan that she used to purchase merchandise items and products needed in her business. Her earnings were a big help in meeting her children’s education costs and her personal, household, and business expenditures. She would like to apply for another loan in the amount of PHP 20,000 to buy additional supplies and merchandise products, like clothing, footwear, undergarments, and cosmetics needed in her business. The more items she has on display and available on hand, the better. More items to sell will result in better profit. Her profits from business will definitely help her to sustain her children’s education and daily needs. She looks forward to this financial increase with gladness and thankfulness in her heart. Rose Eden hopes to grow her business in the coming years and dreams of giving her children a good and quality education. Every week, she faithfully meets up with her co-fellowship members* to share stories of her work and to draw strength and inspiration from the Word of God she studies. * All Center for Community Transformation Credit Cooperative (CCT) community partners/clients are organized into fellowship groups that meet on a weekly basis. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 30 community partners. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the Word of God, build social capital, and repay microfinance loans.
