Joel Arturo
Joel is 37 years old. He lives in his own home together with his wife and children. For a long time he has earned his living growing maize and beans, this being his principal source of income. At times of low crops he works as a day labourer so that he can have some extra income and continue to bring food to his humble home.

Joel is hard-working, humble and responsible man and is known for selling high-quality products. Every year he puts more effort into his crop cultivation since his customers always expect the highest standard from him. For this reason he approached the INTEGRAL agency to ask for a loan to help him to buy all of the ingredients he needs to sow this year's crops, such as manure, pesticides, seeds etc and in this way he can generate all of the income  necessary to give his family a better future.
