Rehema's story

Rehema is 43 years old, married and a mother of three children. For the last five years, she has earned a living by selling plastic products such as water Jeri-cans, basins and so on in Malindi where is able to earn a monthly profit of 20,000 KES.

She was introduced to KADET LTD by a credit officer, and is applying for her fifth loan of 100,000 KES to buy additional stock for her business. She will use the profits made possible by this loan to pay for her children's school fees as well as expand her business activities.

Her goal for the future is to own her own depot in the area with a view of increasing her income so as to help improve her family's living standards.
