A loan of $4,500 helped a member to replenish items presently missing from both her restaurant and her cosmetics business.

Actable The Best Group's story

Rehema, who is in her forties, runs two enterprises: a restaurant and a cosmetics business. She has been engaged in these endeavors for the past five years and both are thriving. She works from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily and is able to make a good profit each month.

Rehema and her husband have two boys and two girls, all of whom are enrolled in school.

This will be Rehema's fourth loan from Tujijenge Tanzania. She used the previous loan funds to increase stock items in both her businesses. This has allowed her business revenues to cover household expenses and pay school fees. She has paid back all her loans successfully.

She will use this loan to replenish items presently missing from both her businesses so as to meet customer demand.

Her dream is someday to be able to build a premises for her cosmetics business.

She will share this loan with her loan group "Actable the Best," which totals 16 members. The members of the group will hold each other accountable for paying back the loan.
