A loan of $475 helped to purchase five boxes of chicks and the fodder.

Debora's story

Debora is a 48-year-old entrepreneur. She has three children, whose ages are 17, 15 and 9 years old. All of them are attending school. Debora is running a pig breeding business to help her husband produce more income. She usually buys and fattens the piglets for six months, then sells them directly to her regulars. At the moment, Debora dreams of enlarging her business but she has limited capital to do so. Therefore, she went to a TLM branch office and applied for a loan of around 4,500,000 Indonesian rupiah (IDR). This loan will help her to purchase five boxes of chicks and the fodder. Debora is hoping that this loan will help her to better provide for her family.
