Sagrada Familia 2 Group's story

The committee known as “Sagrada Familia 2” (Sacred Family 2) is in its second loan cycle. This group is from the city of Santaní and its members include 13 women. They strive to move forward and grow in each of their business enterprises.

One of the members, Sra. María, sells food. She and her family support themselves by working together in order to get ahead. Someday María would like to have a large food establishment so that she can offer food to more customers. This would also enable her to generate more income so that she can help her family.

María is requesting a loan so that she can invest in the purchase of meat, vegetables, condiments, flour, eggs, and other items. These are the main ingredients that she always uses in preparing her dishes.

In this group: María, Victoria, María, Estela, Perla, Angélica, Lilian, Lidia*, Cynthia, María, Blanca, Josefa*, Elsa
