A loan of $1,350 helped to purchase more medicine to sell in her pharmacy.

Florence C.'s story

Florence is 35 years old, and a high school graduate. Her husband works as a medical doctor. They have three children that are in school and live at home.

She runs a pharmacy in New Kru Town where she lives. She has been running this business and providing services to her community for the past six years. She makes a good profit since she is the only one who is running a drug store in her community. With her profits she pays rent, school fees, and saves. One problem she faces is the rainy season, which leads to slow buying.

She is requesting a loan to purchase more medicine (paracetamol, folic acid, cough syrup, blood tonic, quinine, etc.) to expand her sales. Her plan is to expand her business.
