Gladys María's story

Gladys, 42 years old, is a woman who has fought tirelessly to succeed and move forward with her three children, who are all minors. Because she is a single mother, she has had to handle the household expenses and fight for the well being and education of her children.

She works in sewing, a trade that she learned thanks to her mother. She works every day from 8 am to 6 pm, making repairs and outfits for her neighbors.

Her greatest dream is to be able to create a business dedicated to making (clothes) for others with the goal of improving her economic situation and creating a new source of employment for women who are the head of their families. In order to realize her dream, Gladys finds herself requesting a loan that she will invest in purchasing a sewing machine that makes buttonholes, as well as purchase supplies to improve the quality of her service and generate better income to guarantee her children a better quality of life.
