A loan of $1,100 helped to buy materials for a bakery.

Marvin Eduardo's story

Marvin is 22 years old, married and living in Sololá. He has a four year old son. Marvin is an entrepreneur with a bakery, which has been the family's main income. He learned this trade from his family and learning to make bread gave him the chance to start his own business.

He now has five years experience with his business and serving his customers in the community. He earns an acceptable amount for his business to grow more.

With this in mind he is applying for a loan of 8500 Qetzal to buy supplies for making bread, offering better quality and more variety to the customers that prefer to buy from Marvin. This will allow the business to grow with better profits every day.

Marvin's biggest dream is to finish building his house so as to improve his family's living conditions.
