Grisha's story

Grisha, who is 53 years old, lives with his wife and son in Vanadzor city. He has a daughter who is married and lives separately from her parents.

An engineer who graduated from Vanadzor Engineering College but never worked at his profession, Grisha was formerly employed as a driver, but has now been a successful trader for more than 15 years. He buys apples, grapes, peaches, pears, tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes, etc. from Artashat and Ejmiatsin, transports them with his own car and sells from a rented stall in Vanadzor city. His wife greatly helps him in this occupation.

Grisha is now requesting a loan of 500,000 Armenian Dram to buy more vegetables and fruits for the spring selling season. He uses part of his income to provide for his family, while saving some for his son's upcoming wedding party.
