Nazia's story

Nazia is a 31 year old married woman and the mother of two children. For the past three years, she has been running a hand-embroidery business. She makes beautiful patterns for the people of her community. Her designs are much in demand and she has managed to consolidate a clientele that allows her to contribute to the expenses of her home. To help her to continue her operations, she has requested a loan of PKR 20,000 to buy more spools of thread in different colors with packs of beads, sequins and stones for embellishment. With this she will be able to cater more customers consistently. She hopes to increase in her income by targeting more customers. She is in her 3rd loan cycle with a good repayment history.
