A loan of $625 helped to buy medication and pay for medical examinations.

Rosa Marlene's story

Achuapa is a small village where delicious pastries with a milk and cheese base are made and are very famous for their high quality. They are exported outside of the country. Rosa Marlene lives in this feisty village. She is a 48 year old teacher that has worked almost all of her life teaching elementary school age children from rural regions. Because of her charisma, she is very loved by her students and the parents of her students. She is very satisfied because in all of these years she has offered a little to the development of Nicaragua, forming professionals that are the future of the country. This woman leaves her house at 5 am every morning, with great trouble and despite her age, to be punctual in her workplace and give the best of herself. In recent days, she has been in bad health. For this reason she is requesting a loan to buy medication and get medical examinations with the goal of improving her health and continuing to fight to bring the best to her students. She is requesting the support of Kiva investors through Ceprodel to improve her health, and thanks them in advance for their great help for people who have limited resources.
