Celso is a 51-year-old married man from Garcia, Bohol. He has eight grown children. He is engaged in a fishing business and this is the source of his income.
Celso is requesting a loan to buy a fishing net. Through this loan, he can buy a new fishing net which will be used to catch fish which he can sell in his local community and earn a profit. In the future, Celso hopes to expand his business.
