A loan of $625 helped to purchase peanuts and millet.

Abdoulaye's story

Abdoulaye is a married man, and the father of three children. Two of his children attend school. Abdoulaye is employed as an agricultural and grain trader. He purchases sacks of beans wholesale from producers in nearby villages and resells them at weekly markets in his district.

Abdoulaye earns enough income as a merchant to enable him to meet his needs and those of his family. With the aim of expanding his business, Abdoulaye is seeking a loan of 300,000 XOF to purchase peanuts and millet. He plans to store these and resell them after eight months.
