Errocina has a beauty salon in her house in Curicó, Chile, and has been working in her business for four years. The salon is an expansion she made to her house for the shop. She needs the loan to repair the roof.

In the future Errocina wants to expand her business and be able to have new people working with her to whom she can teach her work.

She has two children, ages 20 and 25; one studies in the university and the other one works. She also is the guardian of two children who live with her from Monday through Friday because they live too far from Curicó to be able to travel there every day.

She likes working with Fondo Esperanza because of the camaraderie in the communal bank. Also, in the training sessions she has learned about how to run her business, organize her money, make investments, and separate income from costs, as well as how much to charge for her service.
