A loan of $1,500 helped to purchase school supplies such as notebooks, pencils, rulers, erasers, and school uniforms such as skirts, shirts, etc.

Betania Liset's story

Betania is 42 years old. She is a humble merchant dedicated to her small general store. She says that her second loan was a great help to her because it enabled her to buy more merchandise and grow her business by adding products to her inventory that she hadn’t had such as school items, basic grains, deodorant, soap, and juices. She is very pleased because she has been able to earn more profits. Today, she is requesting her third loan to purchase school supplies such as notebooks, pencils, rulers, erasers, and school uniforms such as skirts, shirts, etc. She hopes to always continue counting on the support of Kiva loans.
