A loan of $800 helped to buy cereal grains.

Arturo's story

Arturo, 53, has been married to Felicia for 13 years and she is the mother of his only daughter. They live in their own home in an agricultural region. Arturo has great business sense and intelligence and works in various jobs. For 30 years he has worked in public transport with his own vehicle. With the money he earned he started raising animals like guinea pigs and pigs, which he fed up and sold at the whole sale market in the city. He notes that for each pig he earns 300 - 400 PEN, it suits me. Now he also has a business selling cereals and milled grains. He has acquired a mill in order to help with the work. In this way he makes different types of flour, included quinoa, maca, soya, corn and others. He says that is going very well as he buys his ingredients in Lima, which he later mills into flours, whose weight doubles selling his products by the kilo at a better price. Now he is thinking about acquiring more grains to continue his milled cereal business. He belongs to the communal bank "Señor de Muruhuay" and he feels happy to be a part of this united group. This will be his 6th loan with MFP, he believes that he will achieve his goals thanks to your support. He also promises to be punctual with his payments. Arturo, will use the 2000 PEN requested to buy cereal grains, which he will sell milled.
