Santa Rosa Group's story

The communal bank "Santa Rosa" is in its 14th women entrepreneurs loan cycle. The members have ambitions and a desire to work, and most of them work in craft-making and as street vendors. Their incentive is generate an income not only for themselves but also for their families to lead a better lifestyle.

Maria is one of the members of the group. She is a domestic employee and also sells clothing as a street vendor. She is very grateful and proud to be a part of the women entrepreneurs group, which allows her to conduct a business that is very important to her when it comes to feeingl useful while helping her family. She struggles to get ahead and to be the best at what she does.

She is requesting a loan to buy all kinds of clothing to offer to her customers in an effort to increase sales.
