A loan of $1,025 helped buy corn, firewood, lime, rice, butter, coffee, sugar, beans, eggs, salsa, pasta, bread, etc., for her business.

Gladis Eunice's story

Gladis is a responsible, honest and hard-working person who lives with her husband and three children in southern Hunduras.
She runs a grocery store. Gladis is requesting a loan to invest in corn, firewood, lime, rice, butter, coffee, sugar, beans, eggs, salsa, pasta, bread, etc. With the loan she hopes her sales will increase as she'll have more merchandise to offer her customers and will be able to cover their needs.
Gladis hopes to improve hers and her family's economic situation.
She hopes her business keeps growing and consolidating so that in a few years it will become the biggest and most well known grocery store in the area and she also hopes she can continue supporting her family to help her children finish school and become good, honest people.
