Roger is 50 years old and lives alone. With the loan he would like to buy materials to complete the construction of his house. He is now working on completing his house but does not have enough money. For this reason he is requesting this loan, in order to complete the construction and have a better place to live. He hopes to be able to provide all the finishings to his house and thus be able to enjoy the comfort of his new home. This is the first loan that he has received through FUDECOSUR. He has not received other loans previously from state banks, but FUDECOSUR has provided the loan to him with greater ease and at much lower interest rates.

Roger, tiene la edad de 50 años y vive solo actualmente. El con el crédito pretende comprar los materiales para la terminar de construir su casa. El actualmente está terminando de realizar su casa pero el dinero no le alcanzo por lo cual solicito este crédito para terminar de construirla y tener un mejor hogar para su vivencia diaria. El espera poder darle todos los acabados a su casa y así poder gozar de la comodidad de su nuevo hogar. Es el primer préstamo que recibido de FUDECOSUR. El no había tenido antes otros préstamos en bancos estatales, pero FUDECOSUR le ha brindado el préstamo con mayores facilidades y la tasa de intereses mucho más baja.

By providing mostly agricultural loans, FUDECOSUR reaches rural borrowers that many MFIs consider to be too risky.
