Blanca Aurora's story

Blanca, 43, lives with her daughter in her house located in a community in San Lorenzo in the south of Honduras. For 25 years she has made a living selling rice, beans, shortening, eggs, oil, toilet paper, chicken, meat, cold cuts, tomato paste, spaghetti, and all types of soda.

Blanca sells from Monday through Sunday, and all her neighbors and friends in the community are her customers. Her business is located in her house.

Blanca's requesting a loan to buy more food products such as soda, juice, malts, chicken, rice, sugar, shortening, beans, salsas, cold cuts, eggs, etc. With the support of this loan she hopes to increase her sales and improve the quality of life of herself and her family.

Blanca's dream is to always have her business and to get her daughter ahead in her studies.
