Gulsara's story

Gulsara is 44 years old, married and has four children. All of the children attend school. The oldest daughter is graduating from school this year. Gulsara has been involved in animal husbandry since 1995, having started this business with an initial sum of 5,000 KGS. Thanks to her hard work, today the business contains one dairy cow and five sheep, and the monthly profit from sales of milk to the local processing plant amounts to about 8,000 som (KGS). In order to further develop her business, Gulsara requested a loan in the amount of 60,000 som (KGS) from the "Bai-Tushum and Partners" company to buy 15 sheep. She plans to invest the earnings from the loan into further expanding her business and providing an education for her daughter.
