A loan of $775 helped to buy farm inputs such as seedlings.

Johnson's story

Johnson is a 49 year old married man with five children living in Masindi-Uganda. He practices farming and owns a school to earn extra income. He started the school in 2002 and has since reaped tangible benefits with increasing enrollment of students. He hopes to educate his children up to the university level and expand his farming activities despite unpredictable weather changes, which would lead to low yields on the farm. Johnson intends to use the loan to buy farm inputs such as seedlings.
