Lay's Group's story

A rural villager from the Tbaung Khmum district, Lay is 37 years old and married. She has two children, both of whom are dependent on her and still in school. She is a rice farmer; her husband is a construction worker. Having been in this business for several years, she can currently earn about 10,000KHR per day.

Lay’s group consists of two members who live in the same village. She is a first-cycle client with VisionFund.

She is leading her group to ask for a loan. As the leader, she is going to use her portion to buy fertilizer for her farmland.
