Satta lives in Kakata, the capital city of Margibi County, which is the highest producing rubber plantation in Liberia. She is married with seven children between the ages of 2 and 22 years old. Only six of the children are attending school and live at home. She did not attend grade school but she was able to attend a vocation school. She is very good at managing her home affairs. For the past three years, she has been making and selling local soap in her community and market. She spends four hours making the soap and she spends five hours to distribute the soap to her customers in the local market. She started this business with money given to her by her husband and learned this way of making local soap from a school. She is requesting a loan to purchase more caustic, oil, and wood for her business. In the near future, she would like to have a car.
