A loan of $500 helped to buy drinks and basic grains, to improve her business.

Nidia Xiomara's story

44-year-old Nidia lives together with her husband and two daughters. Her eldest daughter helps her in her work. Nidia owns a business selling pupusas, 'panes con pollo' (chicken sandwiches), typical Salvadoran dishes, hot and cold drinks, and candies. Her business is located in a very strategic area which has a lot of daily passersby owing to its proximity to the town market. Nidia is requesting a loan from Integral to buy bread, candies, cold drinks, coffee, chocolate, chicken, vegetables, basic grains and everything she needs to produce a larger quantity of food because she often finds herself without anything to sell. She must change this situation if she is to improve and increase her sales. Nidia is a hard-working person who has many dreams. Above all, she would like to improve her family's stability.
