A loan of $575 helped to purchase basic foodstuffs in order to prepare food.

Yolanda De Los Dolores's story

At the age of 47, Yolanda is a fighter. She accomplishes everything she sets her mind to, and she has more than enough drive and reasons to strive and get ahead. Her family is her biggest motivation and the cornerstone of her existence.
Two years ago she decided to get started with her business idea. That's why she set up a small food stall located next to a construction site. There she makes breakfast and lunch, and sells snacks and refreshments to the construction workers and engineers.
Thanks to this business this woman provides food, housing and education for her three children. She dreams of being able to expand her business and turn it into a microenterprise. For that purpose she's currently requesting a loan which she'll use to purchase raw materials and supplies in order to prepare food.
She hopes that her profits will increase with this loan, so that she can ensure better living conditions for her children.
