Dúo Florecitas De Tecpan Group's story

This is the "Dúo Florecitas de Tecpan" ("Duo of Little Flowers from Tecpan") communal bank.
Alicia comes from Tecpan. She's 38 years old and has four underage children under her care. She sells tortillas and firewood, and raises chickens.
She first started selling tortillas several years ago, and gradually she realized she needed to sell firewood as well, since her customers ask her for it. That's why she realized she needed to somewhat expand her business.
Thanks to her husband's and her children's support, Alicia keeps on working so she can improve her living conditions. Her entire family helps her in the business.
Her dream is to further expand her business. That way she'll increase her profits and send her children to school so they may have a brighter future. She's requesting this loan in order to purchase corn and firewood for selling.
