Born in November 1964 in the Doumanani prefecture of Sikasso, Mister Souleymane is polygamous with 2 wives and is father to 11 children who live with his family in Hamdallaye, one of the popular neighborhoods of the town of Sikasso (third administrative region of the republic of Mali).

After having managed several businesses without success, about two years ago Mister Souleymane started businesses which generate revenue, notably the sale of firewood which he buys in Denderso and surrounding areas. He is much requested by his clientele for the quality of his wood. To satisfy his clientele which is growing more and more, he decided to join the microfinance institution Soro Yiriwaso with which he is on his fourth individual loan and all the previous loans were correctly repaid.

With this fourth loan he plans to buy 10 "10 ton" truckloads of firewood.

With this loan he envisions making a monthly profit of 150,000 FCFA which will be used to contribute to the family expenses, pay the interest on his loan and invest the rest in his business.

Né en Novembre 1964 à Doumanani préfecture de Sikasso, Monsieur Souleymane est polygame avec 2 femmes et père 11 enfants résidant avec sa famille à Hamdallaye, un des quartiers populaires de la ville de Sikasso ( troisième région administrative de la république du Mali).
Monsieur Souleymane après avoir mené plusieurs activités sans succès, s’est initié il y’a environ deux ans aux activités génératrices de revenus notamment à la vente de bois de chauffes qu’il achète à Denderso et environnants. Il est beaucoup sollicité de sa clientèle pour la qualité de ses bois.
Pour satisfaire sa clientèle de plus en plus croissante, il décida de rejoindre l’institution de microfinance Soro Yiriwaso avec laquelle il est à son quatrième prêt individuel et tous les prêts précédents ont été correctement remboursés.
Avec ce quatrième prêt, il compte acheter 10 chargements de camion “10 tonnes” de bois de chauffe.
Il envisage réaliser avec ce prêt un bénéfice mensuel de 150 000 FCFA qui sera utilisé pour contribuer aux dépenses familiales, payer les intérêts de son prêt et investir le reste dans son activité.
