Novel's story

Novel's previous loan was a big help in her business. She was able to buy all the needed products for her variety store. She also has a tricycle that she owns and oversees for additional income. She and her husband are working hard to provide income for their everyday expenses. Novel is requesting her second loan for 12,000 PHP, which she will use buy groceries, toiletries, beverages, and other products to add to her current inventory. The more items displayed at the store the better. More items to sell results in a better profit. Her profits help her to sustain her daily needs. Novel hopes to improve their way of living and that her business will continue to grow. She faithfully meets up with her co-fellowship* members to share stories of her work every week and where she can also draw strength and inspiration from God. * All CCT community partners/clients are organized into fellowship groups that meet on a weekly basis. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 30 community partners. The fellowship groups gather each week to study God, build social capital, and repay microfinance loans.
