A loan of $575 helped to buy produce such as maize and beans to sell.

Alice's story

For two years Alice, a 40-year-old married mother of five children living in Masindi-Uganda, has been selling agricultural produce which she gets from her garden and also buys from other farmers in the neighborhood. Price fluctuation and seasonal weather changes pose a challenge to her business growth.

Alice intends to use this loan to buy produce such as maize and beans to sell. Her dream is to own a food store that can meet her customers' needs year round.
